Kenneth L. Levinson
Kenneth L. Levinson joined the firm, then known as Balaban & Lutz, in January, 1979. His practice emphasizes the defense of malpractice cases involving professionals in the insurance and real estate industries. Mr. Levinson has also had significant experience representing businesses, insurance carriers, homeowners associations, banks and credit unions, as well as numerous individual clients in all types of matters, including domestic relations cases. He is currently a member of the forms committee of the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Mr. Levinson has participated in numerous mediations. He has been listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the West, and holds the prestigious AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a mystery writer, creator of the popular Adam Larsen series. His most recent eBook, A Case of Greed, was released by Uncial Press in January, 2016.
